I am doing my best to make Flush Hour as awesome as I imagined it to be. And for now it's going swell :)
I'm improving my drawing AND animation skills. Trying to understand human physiology by studying skeleton structure, muscle structure, proportions and relations really does the tricks. When I get better I'm going to get myself a lightbox and practice animation with classic pencil tests.
Oh,yea,I-ma do FH the old way, main animation will be pencil-to-paper and the clean-up digitally. Oh yea,I decided NOT TO produce the movie in flash, but to switch to Toon Boom. I'm not sure yet will I be using Toon Boom Studio that I already own; I downloaded trial versions of ToonBoom Animte and Digital Pro (used by Adam Phillips),but I'll see later,I'll just focus on the drawing and studies for now. Maybe I'll clean-up in TB and then sort things out in flash. I'm trying out all the options to see which one fits the best.
so yea, this is some info for those who are looking forward to FH
peace

But I noticed that...well I kind of suck. I want this to be big and the animation to be frame-by-frame,no cut-outs. But the thing is I am not so good to pull it off. I am studying drawing, taking art classes, studying books, copying shit but it's going to take quite some time until I have average knowledge to pull it off. So I decided that I will keep working on Flush Hour, making storyboards, preparing and planning our scenes and so, at as time goes by improving my drawing and animation skills so when I get down to it I'll be able to make it as awesome as I imagined it and will already have everything planned and detailed out.
What do you think?

But my flash had some issues at the last moment so I had to reinstall it, and I dropped it. Maybe I'll release it in the next year.
2009 is going to kick ass for me, because I'm finally starting the production on my feature-movie which I've been preparing for the whole 2008. So keep an eye on it, hot shit is on it's way!

Yeah,I'm not dead, although it seemed like it. I just realized how I haven't posted a while, and even longer on frontpage (more than 6 months,I believe). Anyway,I'm still preparing my feature-length movie if anyone cares. I have lees time for it due to working harder at school and studying professional drawing,or - preparing for college. Yeah,I'd like to go to Art Academy and study Animation. I know the odds are against me,but I still ain't quitting, but instead am working harder to improve.
That doesn't mean I quit "Flush Hour". Since I am aiming for a feature movie,I need to prepare everything before starting. That, for starters, means the script(which still has only 30 pages), designing characters, making test, designing camera shots, finding voices actors, soundtrack, designing and drawing background/3D scenes(..) before starting actual animation, special effects,shading,clean-up... Yeah,so it's shit load of work. I'm hoping to have the script done by the beginning of the next year,so I can find voice actors, and have all voices and soundtrack be done while I'm preparing the rest (backgrounds, designing cameo artists...).
Yeah,whatever. I'm done. I feel happy =D
Here is an awesome video for an awesome song by an awesome group.
